Shipping & Delivery

Orders are generally processed within 2 to 5 business days of receipt of your order. Please factor this in when estimating your order's delivery time. In general, domestic orders are shipped via UPS Ground or US Postal Service and will arrive between 3 to 5 business days after your order has been processed.

Ground: $10.00

We also offer expedited shipping options as follows:

UPS 2-Day Air: $45.00

UPS Next Day Air: $85.00

Please note that expedited shipping options only expedite the actual transit times. Standard order processing times remain the same.

Returns & Exchanges

Requests for return or exchange must be made within 7 days of receipt of your order. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Returns must be unworn, unwashed and be in original condition. Please email us at orders@publicschoolnyc.com to request a unique Return Authorization Number.

Upon receipt of your return, we will credit your credit card for the merchandise amount. Returns must be received within 7 days of return authorization issuance. 

Items marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

International Shipments

Public School has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our international customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. You will complete your order on the secure International Checkout page. You may pay by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Once you place your order, please direct all inquiries to International Checkout at support@internationalcheckout.com.

WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO? 

International shipping is currently available WORLDWIDE from Public School. Our third party vendor, International Checkout, will ship to all destinations around the world including APO / FPO addresses.

Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. While every effort is made to show only in stock items, there may be instances where we run out of stock of an item. Upon placing an order, you will receive an emailed order confirmation. Please note that this is not a guarantee of product availability. Upon final processing and shipment of your order, you will receive a second confirmation of your order and its shipping details.
